Biography
Christine Hunt is an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Illinois. She earned her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School (now UIC John Marshall) in 2012, where she also received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Crime, Law, and Justice with a minor in Psychology.
Christine has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each year from 2021 through 2026, an honor awarded to a select group of attorneys demonstrating professional achievement and peer recognition.
Christine joined Goudsouzian and Associates in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Bernstein, Litowitz, Berger & Grossman LLP, where she served as a Staff Attorney on a large-scale securities fraud class action matter, contributing to complex litigation involving extensive discovery and significant financial claims.
Earlier in her career, Christine founded Christine M. Hunt, P.C. in Chicago in 2013. She primarily practiced family law, estate planning, and business law. Her family law practice involved litigating contested domestic relations matters in Chicagoland courtrooms. Her business law practice focused on business formation, contract drafting and review, and commercial lease negotiations. She also provided client-centered estate planning services tailored to individuals and families.
Christine served as Adjunct Professor and later as Acting Director of The John Marshall Law School’s Family and Domestic Violence Legal Clinic until its closure in May 2020. In this role, she supervised law students, managed active client files, and provided legal services to survivors of domestic violence.
When she is not practicing law, Christine spends most of her free time with her family, including her two young children.
