Brian Panella joined Goudsouzian and Associates as an attorney in the fall of 2016, but has been with the firm since 2015.  Mr. Panella is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, having attended Notre Dame High School and DeSales University, receiving a B.S. in Marketing.

Through law school, Mr. Panella was very active in obtaining valuable experience. Throughout his academic career, he has been employed by Justice Correale F. Stevens, of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and Judge James J. Fitzgerald, of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Panella also worked for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, an organization devoted to providing legal representation to victims of domestic violence. 

During his time at Widener University Delaware Law School, Mr. Panella was certified by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and permitted to practice through Widener’s criminal defense clinic. Through this clinic, Mr. Panella has defended criminally charged individuals in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Throughout his three years at Widener, Mr. Panella has also held several leadership positions, including President of the Student Bar Association and Vice Governor in the American Bar Association and has achieved academic honors.

Mr. Panella is excited and eager to serve current and future clients at Goudsouzian and Associates.
