Brian graduated from Villanova Law School in 2005 and passed the July 2005 Pennsylvania Bar Exam. In January 2006, Brian began a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable Anthony S. Beltrami in the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County. In July 2007, Brian worked for an insurance defense law firm in Conshohocken, PA, where he practiced until October 2009. In December 2009, Brian accepted a position as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Paula A. Roscioli in the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, then in March of 2010 he accepted the position of Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Koury, Jr in the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County. After clerking for three of the nine judges in Northampton County, Brian is very well respected by the Court. Brian joined the law firm of Steven N. Goudsouzian, LLC in August 2010. Brian resides in King of Prussia, PA with his wife and 2 sons, where he is also a volunteer youth leader at Hope Community Church.
